Studio Policies
All individuals under 17 years old without their own transportation must be accompanied by a parent.
Photoshoots that exceed the scheduled time will incur an additional charge of $10 for every 5 minutes over.
For all photo sessions excluding Graduate Session (Covers 1 Graduate) you are allowed up to 4 individuals. The fee of $50 will be added per each additional individual.
Cancellations & Late Arrivals
If you’re late to your appointment, your photoshoot will be limited to the remaining time of your scheduled session.
Same day cancellation will result in card being charged the full amount.
Notification of Cancellations are required to book within 30 days of your cancelled appointment.
If you cancel within 3 days before your shoot, you will be required to pay another deposit and studio fee.
It is up to the photographer to determine if any cancellation fees will be waived
Booking Information
The photographer uses two studio locations. If you have a specific location you would like to use, you are responsible for booking the location and sending the photographer the confirmation for that studio.
Please be advised that you are booking a time for a studio that cannot be finalized until photographer knows that studio is available. Please contact our team before booking to check the time availability.
We travel up to 20 miles for photoshoots. Anything over 20 miles will be an additional charge of $10.
Photo Editing Price List
- Custom Image Edits: Start at $10 (price may vary depending on the image)
- Individual Raw Images: $5 per image
- All Raw Images (no watermark): $75
- Additional Retouch Images: $15 per image
- Wedding Additional Edit: $10 per image
- Wedding images are lightly edited. Additional charges may apply, please reach out to our team about your vision.
Photoshoot Turn-Around Time
- Standard: 5 business days – Included in all packages – Photos will be delivered to you within 5 business days of you confirming your selections
- Same Day Turn-Around: $150
- 2-Day Turn-Around: $110
Additional Information
Please be advise: Photographer is not responsible for your personal hygiene, wardrobe malfunction, or clothing management such as wrinkles. We recommend you pack a bag the day before your appointment, shave, avoid white deodorant, book a professional makeup artist, drink plenty of water, lotion or oil your body, and get plenty of rest before your photoshoot. By doing the above, this will ensure a seamless and enjoyable photoshoot experience. Please be sure to arrive 10 minutes early, so we can ensure you have plenty of time to change, if needed, and get all planned looks.
